My Post Placement Support

Post Placement Support for Employers

My Pathway helps employers find the right staff. We partner with you to get to know your business recruitment needs, and we support you with workers from your local area. Our employment services are free to all employers, businesses, or organisations in our regions.

Should you employ one of our jobseekers, your My Pathway Consultant will provide you with Post Placement Support (PPS).

PPS is a follow on service we provide to ensure your new employee has a smooth transition into your business. PPS is also offered to jobseekers who find their own employment.

Items that we can provide to assist you with your new employee include:

  • Blue Construction Card
  • Working with Children Card
  • Other training relevant to your business
  • Mentoring on or off-the-job should you request it
  • Help with transportation if there is no public transport
  • Work clothing such as safety boots and uniforms

Some of the questions we may ask you are:

  • What is your employee’s hourly rate?
  • How many hours is your employee working per week?
  • Have there been any breaks in employment?
  • Is there anything else that My Pathway can assist with?

Post Placement Support can be conducted via phone or face to face depending on the level of support the employee requires.

We are always available to discuss your specific needs in greater detail to help you get the best solution.
