My Community

My Pathway is a family business with a profound respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, song, dance, stories and language.

We have over 800 employees across the nation and of those over 65% of our staff identify as Indigenous and are represented at all levels throughout our organisation. We don’t just talk about culture and respect, we live it every day. One of our key strengths is our understanding of the local cultural protocols in the communities we serve.

Working with us means working with people from your local area. We listen deeply to your vision for yourself and your community and work with you to run programs and initiatives to make both you and your community stronger.

We achieve this by:

  • Engaging with community members
  • Through consultation, identifying the needs of the community and then delivering
  • Running activities with community involvement.

By engaging with the members of each of these communities, we listen to their dreams and ignite their passion. With this information we can provide a solid foundation from which stronger communities can be built. We recognise the importance of developing the capacity of individuals within the community and employing locally.

We can partner with and support individuals with their small business ideas, providing increased capacity and improvements in services within community. When partnering with a community, My Pathway will ensure that the Government’s funding requirements and the aspirations of the community are aligned and met.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners past and present on whose land we walk, work and live. Aboriginal and Torress Strait Islander people are advised that this website may contain images and voices of deceased people.
