My Pathway

Australia’s largest community development program contractor - in partnership with the national government - My Pathway works with communities to provide education, training, employment and enterprise development opportunities in remote and rural regions.

A holistic service provider, My Pathway provides innovative solutions to help communities and individuals grow - with a range of support programs linked to define and strengthen community needs: vocational skills training, apprenticeships and traineeships, labour hire, strong career and business networks.

We have a history of strong partnerships, relationships and networks, actively collaborating with community, industry and governments at all levels to support people and communities in disadvantaged areas.

My Pathway supports thousands of people into healthy employment and business opportunities and works together with some of the most disadvantaged communities to help build stronger economic futures. We listen and collaborate to enhance social wellbeing and create access to ethical future pathways.

My Pathway:

  • Employer of Choice to over 700 professional staff, from more than 30 cultures.
    -  One of 141 companies across the nation to have received the 2019 Employer of Choice for Gender Equality (EOCGE) Citation, recognising our commitment to gender equality. 
  • Pioneer service delivery manager in some of the most remote locations in Australia, with a current service footprint that covers:
    -  Northern Territory, Central Queensland, Cape York and Torres Strait group of islands (Far northern Queensland), and Tasmania.
  • Provided services in over 100 remote locations & communities, from 35 full-time sites located across Australia.
  • Since 2013, supported over 11,715 people into employment across Australia, from Torres Strait Islands to Tasmania.
